The Effect of PNoy's Additional School Year on Workforce

In the Philippines, the workforce general employment minimum age is 15 years old.

Before PNoy, the average 15 year old person has already completed 3rd year high school. One year to go, he graduates high school.

With PNoys proposal of additional two years in elementary and high school, a 15 year old could be a mere elementary graduate if not a high school freshman.

Not only that. Freshman highschool may bigote na. A senior high school will already be eligible to get married kasi diese-otso na sila eh.
