Critique Management Strategy

Invite and keep your critiques under the care of your wing and treat them with respect as a friend so they will whisper their thoughts that criticize you which you can use to improve.

If they are not under your wing, they will shout out their criticisms and everyone will hear about it and damn you are scandalized and you'll have a headache.

The helping capacity of a single critique inside your organization is worth a thousand employees who say praises of you.
