PTC Card IDs as big as half the size of a bondpaper to be worn at all times!
Revise revise. Lets make the PTC ID Card a full bond-paper size to be worn at all times with a huge number number so that citizens can just text it to the PNP database and they will be able to confirm who the genuine PTC holder is.
And there should also be a HUGE sticker at the home of PTC-holders that says: "THE OWNER OF THIS HOUSE IS AUTHORIZED TO CARRY A GUN OUTSIDE THE RESIDENCE"
Also for their cars, there should be a sticker that says: "THE OWNER OF THIS CAR IS AUTHORIZED TO CARRY A GUN INSIDE HIS CAR".
The HUGE ID SYSTEM should make it easy for citizens to report arrogant and abusive gun owners without necessarily taking the risk of confronting them to verify their ID personally.
If a person seen in civilian clothes carries a gun without this huge PTCFOR ID, then that person, for sure, is a CRIMINAL, and citizens may deal with him appropriately.
