UN Names Armed Groups Violators of Children

UN Security Council names several armed groups worldwide, including NPA, MILF, Abu Sayyaff, and even the Armed Forces of the Philippines as violators and abusers of children in armed conflict. UN did not mention MNLF at all. The MNLF, which is not in the list, is the biggest group of freedom fighters, led by Nur Misuari who is a UN Peace Awardee. The Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRPH) and Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) will only deal with the man of peace and integrity. To achieve faster result for Mindanao, the GRPH and the UN's 2nd biggest cluster called the OIC will only negotiate and talk agreements with the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) under the leadership of NUR MISUARI.

The Bangsamoro would be greatful and very appreciative of any help from any international peacekeepers and nations (especially powerful nations such as the United States of America or Japan or anyone) in the promotion of peace and prosperity in Mindanao as long as the helping hand will align their program with the strategies of the Economic Projects of the MNLF.

I want International Action Network on Small Arms (IANSA) of the United Nations to help us with the Bangsamoro Outreach Projects (BOP). The specific thing I need from IANSA is the production of a customized high-impact video/cd presentation on Respect of Human Rights, Firearm Control, and Gun-Carry Ethics. I will show the video to the armed individuals as a form of Firearm Seminar when I make the tour to the 48 poorest and war-torn communities in remote places in Mindanao. I want it in different dialects that can be understood by the tribal people.
