It is anomalous when government starts dealing and conniving with a broker before or during the actual auction of PAGCOR. This could be a grand scam in progress (underprice anomaly) that is worth monitoring. PNoy Administration should remedy the situation -- have PAGCOR appraised properly and avoid talking with brokers.
